ChocoRazz Ale
Pale Ale with undertones of chocolate and raspberry
Yield: 6 Gallons Original Gravity: 1.050
IBU: 22 Final Gravity: 1.012
Color:     ABV: 4.8%

Instructions:
Steep grains in nylon bag for 40 minutes at 155F
Remove bag and drain

Dissolve PME and rice extract
Add 1oz fuggle hops and bring to boil
Boil for 30 minutes

Add 1tsp irish moss and 1oz fuggle hops after 15 minutes
Add 1oz kent golding hops after 25 minutes

Turn off heat after 30 minutes and add 1 cup cocoa

Cool, transfer to fermenter, top off with chilled tap water to around 6 gallons and add yeast at 76F

Ferment for 10 days and add 2oz Raspberry flavoring at bottling/kegging
