It has been five months since the Specialty Grains one, and I really miss hearing you guys. Some topics I would be interested in hearing about would be "Partial Mashes", and the "Transition from Extract to All Grain Brewing."

We have plans to add more episodes, but will most likely have some changes in format and frequency compared to the older episodes. We appreciate your interest and support. We have seen great interest in the topics you mentioned since the release of our DVD, Introduction to Home Brewing. So, wait and see what comes down the pipe. Scott
