Anonymous	# Posted: 4 Apr 2008 14:05:01 I just ran across your podcast and by some coincidence I'm currently brewing a Guit ale from Brehner's book (also the modern gruit ale recipe from gruitale.com)... although I had to replace marsh rosemary with labrador tea and replace the invert candy with more honey and sugar ... my gruit ales just finished priming and they taste ... intersting - very herbal but not un pleasent - read more at my blog on my brewing myspace page at: http://www.myspace.com/rootvonrootcellars wormwood brew to come!
