The recipes in your recipe section all seem to specify "Malt Extract." Are these for DME or LME? (I am specifically looking at the Belgian Blossom ale, but the question seems to apply to all the recipes.)

The default meaning for malt extract on this site is liquid malt extract. The ratio is 1lb powder = 1.2lbs liquid. Thanks for the post.
